In EVE Online, you cannot build things out of nothing. Effort must be done in regards to gathering resources in order to reinforce a fleet. Gathering resources can be acheived thru the method of mining. EVE Online mining involves a process of removing raw materials known as ore from asteroids found in asteroid belts or ice in ice belts.
